If you are a digital copywriter with SEO experience seeking a new job in Leeds, then we want to hear from you! Network Marketing is helping a Yorkshire based university find a Web Content Editor for a 6 month fixed term contract. The role offers hybrid working with only a limited amount of time needed on site. Salary is equivalent to £28,000-£33,000 annually.
 
As a web copywriter, you will write clear and concise web content, including structuring, editing, and tailoring content for differing audience needs and SEO.
 
In an average week in this Web Content Editor role, you can expect to:

• Ensure website copy on course pages reflects the changing curriculum and meets legal requirements for the presentation of course details
• Produce content for other student recruitment-related web pages
• Plan, structure, and edit existing web copy within the CRM
• Review site analytics, looking at the detail of how content is used and using market insights to inform editorial decisions

 
To succeed in this Web Content Editor job, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically in writing and editing for the web, simplifying complex information, and communicating to diverse audiences. You should also have an understanding of web analytics and how to edit content for SEO.
