This is a fab opportunity to join a lovely events agency in West Yorkshire. They're known for creating high profile events, bringing ideas to life for some of the best loved brands in the UK.
Due to client growth, they're looking to recruit a full-time Presentation/Bid Specialist. This person will be dedicated to preparing and producing a whole range of visual proposals for new and existing clients.
Working closely with the client managers, on a day to day basis you'll be tasked with creating compelling tenders and supporting documents for client presentation. These bids will include such things as market and competitor information, case studies and your job will be to develop the style, creative design and imagery of the presentations.
This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to work on some exciting projects. You'll create engaging onscreen and print presentations for client events and communication campaigns. This can be anything from challenging large scale events to a small internal document.
What We're Looking For:
You'll be a skilled communicator, adept at interpreting the creative visions into articulate winning propositions. This role could suit someone with a marketing background who has good writing skills and also the know-how to put a commercial and sales spin on the bids.
You'll naturally possess excellent written skills and will be used to be working to a high degree of accuracy. We'd expect you to have a decent knowledge of MS applications or Keynote and ideally have used InDesign. You will of course need to have a talent for putting together high level and visually appealing bids and presentations.
This is a fast-paced agency with live event deadlines, so you'll be used to working under pressure, super organised and have excellent communication skills.
