UX Researcher

This company have a number of brands under their umbrella and deliver high quality content across a global digital network. They are looking for an UX Researcher to join their fast paced agency environment in the city centre.

Employing over 300 people in their Leeds office alone, they are still enjoying continuous growth within their Experience Design team and you‘ll be joining a XD team of over 30 people who work as UX, UI and multi–disciplined designers.

Job Description:

As UX Researcher, you‘ll help create beautiful experiences with the best possible usability across responsive websites, apps and other digital products.

You‘ll be responsible for implementing research projects, using your experience to understand the complex issues and analyse, scope and document your work.

What we are looking for:

Some of the important stuff you‘ll do in this role…

" Continuously research new ideas and concepts
" Champion user research and experience design by identifying areas of improvement
" Work with Product and Design teams to understand and execute the brief for each research piece
" Initial wire framing of app and web solutions
" Qualitative and quantitative research techniques and document searching

We‘ll expect you to have experience with user flows and journey mapping along with confidence in presenting concepts and findings to director level stakeholders.

You‘ll naturally have real attention to detail and have a methodical and efficient working style.
