Production Assistant

We‘re looking for a Production Assistant to work for an established Professional Services Company who operate an internal studio. They are part of a large organisation and are leaders in their market having been established for over 40 years.

This role is to join their internal creative agency team in Sheffield to manage the workflow of their Design and Digital projects through the studio.

Job Description:

Working within the internal design agency you‘ll ensure all processes are followed correctly and jobs are delivered on time.

This will include an understanding of design and how long a job should take, project managing all the stages of the creative output and understanding what the end results should look like.

The agency work across various projects and communications including brochures, reports, marketing collateral, benefit statement and documents.

You‘ll work with the internal project manager application to help track the work for each department within the agency and identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts to the department heads where necessary.

You‘ll re–scope work for additional amends and changes to print costs to ensure profitability is maximised.

What We‘re Looking For:

You‘ll come from either an agency or in–house studio background and will have experience within a similar role.

You‘ll be an excellent communicator, highly organised, a problem solver and an excellent planner with a strong understanding of the print production process.
