You‘ll be joining a growing digital team you‘ll be responsible for creating new user experiences and developing the company‘s existing UX solutions. Working with a wide range of stakeholders you‘ll design and create engaging experiences that meet the needs of both customers and the wider business.
What We‘re Looking For:
Working closely with external suppliers you‘ll manage and help oversee the production of your solutions to ensure they‘re delivered to an exacting standard. Working across small and medium sized projects you‘ll design experiences, bringing your ideas to life through sketching and rapid prototyping using industry standard tools.
As part of your role you‘ll gather and evaluate customer needs, behaviours, motivations and preferences by assisting with usability tests, research, expert reviews and surveys. You‘ll also assist in the lead facilitation of workshops and interviews with key contacts.
You‘ll champion the company‘s vision for their digital strategy proactively identifying opportunities for better user experience journeys.
