This Award-Winning Motion and Animation Agency have a fabulous opportunity for a Senior 3D Designer to join their team in Manchester.
They work across various types of animation, from broadcast to B2B - TV, commercials, corporate and social channels.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior 3D Designer and Animator who can create high-end content design from initial brief, concepting ideas and pitching these confidently.
Working on a hybrid basis, you’ll expect to be in the Manchester city centre offices 3 days a week, 2 from home.

What you’ll do:

As the Senior in a small, close-knit team, you’ll mentor the juniors and lead the projects with your concepts and vision. You’ll be up to speed with latest trends, technologies, and any new and exciting ways of working in the 3D space.
Execution is crucial, however design work will also be required, both to assist in pitches and during production.

What you’ll have:

• Cinema 4D is essential
• Redshift is ideal
• Adobe After Effects will also be heavily used, so you’ll have to be top speed on this, and be up to date with all the latest plug-ins and techniques.
• A grasp of compositing in After Effects to assist with the workflow
• Design skills
• A top-notch portfolio / showreel to demonstrate your experience

A bonus, but not essential:

• Any other 3D Software. Maya, Blender etc, are all handy
• Knowledge of working with Unreal
• Editing is always a good one to have. Premiere or similar

Qualifications/Experience:

• BA Hons Degree in a Design or Animation subject
• A minimum of 4 years working in a Design/Animation environment
• Experience of managing Juniors and other team members on a project will be required.
