We have a lovely opportunity for a Senior Designer to take a lead role for a small multi-disciplinary creative agency based in West Yorkshire.
Joining this small team of 4, you’ll be completely hands-on and involved in the growth of the creative team, bringing on additional talent and moulding the team.
Working in this collaborative team, this role is 100% on-site at the offices which are based in the Wakefield area, just off the M62.

About the Position:

We're looking for someone to bring fresh ideas to the table and understand how to translate them into tangible solutions that clients and audiences will love. We want you to be passionate about the creative process and to want to really take projects by the horns, leading not just the studio team but also taking clients by the hand. Lending your skills to a variety of projects, you’ll work on briefs from start to finish and utilise your understanding of brand, strategy, design and campaign to deliver work that’s as clever as it is beautiful.

What we’re looking for:

An agency time-served designer with an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your varied skillset and the thought processes behind your work. We’re after a talented, all-rounder and conceptual designer, with a campaign background. We want to know what you can bring to the table, so show us. Motion graphics and UI design would be a huge, HUGE plus here but not absolutely essential.

Please note again that this role is not remote or hybrid. The team work together in the studio. They are not in the centre of the city, so you will ideally be a driver.
