We are working on a brand new, in-house role for this growing membership organization in Manchester.

We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join their inclusive and talented marketing and creative team. This mid to senior level full-time design role is based in Sale, Manchester with hybrid working 2 days in the office.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be working with the company's Marketing Communications Manager on all the design requirements from the business.

Working alongside another Designer you will work on various projects including design for offline and online material including Video Production, from pulling a storyboard together, animating and editing.

In this Motion Designer role, you can expect to:

• Support the organisation's requirement to stay on-brand
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to understand their requirements, motivations, and priorities
• Deliver first-rate designs and videos that meet the business needs
• Design HTML Emails to drive acquisition and retention
• Design marketing campaigns, develop and deliver creative and engaging concepts, campaigns, and tactical promotional activities to inspire audiences and meet business goals.

You should have an exceptional ability to translate requirements into design and familiarity with HTML for the Email design.

You must have experience in video creation and editing software such as Final Cut or Premiere Pro.

To apply for this job, you will have 3 to 4 years commercial experience in a similar role, be educated to a degree level in English and a design qualification is preferred.

You will also require proven graphic design experience and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite packages, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
