This Yorkshire based Creative Content Agency is seeking a Senior Content Producer to join their team. The position is full time, working on a highbred basis and comes with a generous salary and many attractive benefits.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for maintaining high creative production standards across film, editing and graphics, generating ideas in line with the client's strategy and brand, managing a small team of creative producers and keeping on top of evolving IT and kit requirements.
As Senior Content Producer, you will manage a small team of Producers and will handle the following areas, among others:
• Attend client meetings to input creative vision
• Conduct one to ones with production team, analysing strengths and weaknesses in line with company values
• Attend shoots in a director/producer role or as senior camera op, as required
• Edit projects in Premier to a high standard including getting input and sign off from the relevant senior creative producer/account manager.
To apply for this role, you will need a degree in new media or film studies and at least five years in an agency with management experience. You will also require the following:
• Good understanding and passion for retail and logistics industries
• A passion for digital content creativity and film making
• Experience in pitching
• Good working knowledge of lighting and composition and an understanding of sound recording and interview techniques.
