This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and passionate Designer to join this Creative Communication and Marketing Agency in Cheshire.
They are growing quickly and have some big brand names amongst their client portfolio.
Their services offer expertise across shopper marketing, retail, and promotions, brand and design, advertising, experiential, digital, film and animation.

This is a Junior to Mid Weight level Design role, so we’d expect you to have some commercial experience within an agency along with a portfolio to demonstrate your experience.

Here are some of the things you could expect to do:
• Develop design work on big and small creative briefs, which could be emails, flyers, events, and all digital channels
• Collaborate with your fellow creatives, and people from all areas of the business
• Support the senior designers and the creative team to manage creative projects – using their input and guidance to develop work
• Contribute to team culture by sharing creative inspiration and ideas, and offering feedback to other team members in meetings
To succeed, you should have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of the artworking process together with experience in implementing and protecting brand guidelines and brand positioning.

You will also need:
• Good organisation, communication and presentation skills
• A natural ability to build great relationships with people from across the business
• The ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Awareness of and interest in the latest design, social and cultural trends
• Enthusiasm, a passion to learn, and a head full of ideas just bursting to get out
