We’re looking for a Junior Artworker to join a team of retail experts who have a genuine passion for design. These guys are a friendly, down to earth independent Agency and they specialise in brand design and packaging.
They deliver commercial results through collaborative thinking and work with some of the most well-known retail/FMCG brands.

Job Description:

As a Junior Artworker you will come along with some knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop, but as a junior position you will be given training, will want to grow and learn and not be shy to ask questions, no matter how small they may seem.

The work will span across artwork for print, packaging, campaign and social graphics. Please note, this is not a Designer role... they have a team of Designers. Your job with be to take the designs from the creative team to the final artwork stage for production.

There will be a lot of training involved , but if you have a year’s placement, or have been in your first job and are ready to move into a small, friendly and vibrant company then we’d like to see your portfolio.

What we’re looking for:

Firstly you will be a people person, with great communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail and willingness to learn from your peers.

This is a varied role, that encompasses a wide range of tasks working within a busy team. The rest of the team are experienced and super helpful and will help you to shine in your role. You’ll be part of their team, they’ll have your back and in return you’ll be expected to have theirs.

As a team, the Agency love to grown and nurture talent, so the training you’ll receive will be ongoing to allow you to really flourish. They believe it is so important to really enjoy what you do, so be ready to have a laugh as well as work hard!
