This dynamic Global Law Firm have over 60 offices across 32 countries and currently has an opportunity for a Design Co-ordinator/Administrator to join the Marketing and Design team in Leeds.
This will be for a 6-month contract to assist with a busy workload and to start as soon as possible, so you’ll need to be available.
Reporting to the Studio Manager you’ll be the key person that holds the creative team together, by managing the daily fast-moving requests from the Design Team inbox.
• Allocating projects and managing workflow
• Booking in design requests for the Design Team
• Uploading images and supporting with the maintenance of Brand Library
• Supporting weekly overviews of the WIP in team meetings
• Booking meetings for creative briefings
What We're Looking For:
You’ll be super organised, a good communicator with great people skills and a hard-working ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. In summary a good 'all-rounder' with a sense of project management.
You’ll already have an excellent grasp of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook along with experience of online filing.
You’ll have a couple of years’ experience in an organisational role and will be used to a fast moving environment
This is a great role that combines both creative and practical organisation to help the smooth running of the team. This is an in-house, client facing environment, so you'll be from a similar in-house creative or agency environment.
They are based in central Leeds within a few minutes' walk from the station and are currently working part remote.
