This Global Agency work through-the-line with some of the best-known brands in every major sector. The team is growing and they are currently (and urgently) looking for a Project Manager to join the Leeds team, with the opportunity to work with some fantastic clients and household names.

The team of Project Managers are the go-to contact for clients and their in-house teams. From start to finish, we bring continuity and clarity as the consistent link across all stakeholders. We’re expert organisers who manage budgets and timings, but our skills and value go wider than that. We build trust and develop relationships. We look at the bigger picture, challenging assumptions and thinking beyond the current deliverable.
 
Job Description:

As Project Manager you’ll report to the Project Director and work in collaboration with other members of the Client Services Team, as well as with the wider business including Strategy, Content, Design, Digital, Connected Experiences, Production, Film.
 
You’ll constantly build strong relationships with stakeholders and will manage allocated projects across all channels. You will feed briefs into the wider agency and lead the response, and, subject to the project, continue to lead and oversee the project during its lifecycle whilst working with some of the best creatives in the business.  You’ll collaborate with our specialist areas to deliver effective, high quality, strategic and creative solutions.

You’ll deliver and manage first class multi-channel communication projects on time and within budget. You’ll scope projects across all channels whilst mapping and monitoring progress during the project lifecycle. You’ll use strong stakeholder management to gain repeat business, develop new opportunities and increase the mix of work being delivered.
 
What we’re looking for:
 
You’ll  have several years’ experience of developing good client relationships as part of a wider Client Services Team.
You’ll have industry knowledge, know your competitors and will come from an agency background in communications and/or marketing projects and integrated campaigns, as well as delivering these projects as part of a larger team.

You are able to build presentations and have the ability to write a great brief. A skilled project manager, you demonstrate the creativity and flexibility to manage several clients or projects at once, solving unexpected problems and making effective decisions under pressure.

Organised, with the ability to juggle plates you’ll have a commercial awareness and an eye for detail. You’ll thrive on providing outstanding client service, high quality work, and exceeding client expectations; you engage with your clients to learn about their business, and above all, help them to achieve their full potential.
