This business has been around for over 150 years and their brands are household names.
They are currently looking for an experienced Digital Design/Digital Artwork Lead to join their Manchester team.
This role will be to lead, manage and support a small team of digital artworkers that produce digital banners, home pages, content hubs, email and social content.
As a lead, you’ll manage performance and monitor the digital artwork, ensuring the highest quality of team output, on brand and within corporate identity guidelines. You’ll be s single point of contact for either Fashion or Home artwork within the brand and creative team.
Your role will be responsible for all team management activity including performance management, annual reviews, constructive feedback, development and coaching.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have a strong digital design and digital production background and as well as leading and being a supportive manager, you will be hands on producing the various digital content and output.
You won’t need to code, however an understanding of HTML would be essential along with a creative eye and ideally a real passion for fashion! The emails and some of the digital work need HTML coding, however these are added by snippets/copy and pasting into code.
To be considered for this position you’ll have management/leadership skills, be advanced in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and have knowledge of HTML and Adobe XD. If you also have experience of working with online management tools (ideally Workfront) this would be a bonus
You’ll be calm under pressure, can work to tight deadlines and will have a proven understanding of a similar role and nuances of digital touch points in the customer journey.
We’d like to an online portfolio that demonstrates your experience within digital artwork, and if you’ve worked for fashion or homeware brands that would really help!
