This Leeds based Digital Agency have been around for over 13 years and are going through an exciting time of growth. As part of this they are looking to add a talented Studio Manager (Digital first) to manage the day-to-day planning, management, tracking, reporting and delivery of all digital work that comes into the studio from both internal and external resources.
You’ll use your knowledge to analyse project briefs and communicate with your team members and external resources to deliver over and above quality on all projects.
As Digital Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of digital projects; ensuring quality projects are delivered on time, on budget and accordingly to client brief.
This will include a broad range of digital projects and you’ll ensure all members are updated on progress and problems arisen through progress update meetings.
You’ll create project schedules and will be responsible for booking all internal resources as well as booking and managing external resources.
Ensuring project excellence you’ll have the ability to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight project risks, and manage to change business and technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage of projects, continually looking at ways to improve processes
What we’re looking for:
You’ll have an excellent understanding of commercial processes; delivering profitable digital projects every time.
With a budget awareness you’ll maintain an up-to-date understanding of spend on projects so to provide accurate feedback/reports to the Head of Ops on a monthly basis. This includes assessment and debrief management – celebrating the wins and booing the losses, but discussing solutions to improve for next time
You’ll be experienced in producing appropriate documentation in support of digital projects including project / resourcing plans, and regular project / client budget reports. We’d want you to help refine and implement new working processes and practices to further improve the efficiencies of the team and drive the company forward.
You’ll be working in a fast paced environment so multi-tasking skills are a must along with great time management and the ability to setting own and others work goals.
You may well come from a traditional Studio Manager role within a digital environment/agency, or maybe a Digital Project Manager or Account Manager who enjoys the digital space and is happy managing projects internally, rather than being out of the agency seeing clients.
