Specialising in packaging and branding strategy and design, they offer an extensive global service across all areas of brand and retail communications. They work with some fantastic retail/FMCG clients and are looking for a Creative Director to join their UK team.
As one of a team of Creative Directors you’ll head up a couple of the major key accounts, overseeing projects from strategic direction and reviewing concepts through to completion. You’ll mentor and support the senior team to ensure necessary support is provided to work efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be the main client contact and will have strong presentation skills to deliver engaging creative solutions to brief and within timelines. You’ll oversee the traffic and photography studios ensuring multiple sites design resources are sufficient to deliver projects
Liaising regularly with the other Creative Directors across the various sites you’ll must be prepared to travel accordingly to the other sites to share learnings and align on common global goals.
What we’re looking for:
This is a lead role in which you will confidently mentor and develop a team, so you must have the management experience in a similar agency role.
It goes without saying you’ll have a portfolio that will impress! We are looking for someone ideally with strong packaging, food and retail experience in particular food art direction, an ability to present well to the client, communicate well with teams across the globe and execute the creative brief, creative strategy and creative solution for numerous projects.
You’ll have a strong understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across various touchpoints or mediums including packaging, in-store, online, mobile and print.
As a Creative Director you’ll be inspiring to the wider team, have the gravitas to deliver engaging design solutions to clients that exceed their expectations.
This is a great company to work for with Global offices and the support of a wider group and their support solutions. The UK team are currently working on a remote basis until the end of this year, however will be expecting to be based on-site in the future.
