This Agency have a large creative team of specialists across digital, film, content and design and they work collaboratively with many well-known major global brands. They work across many sectors to create unforgettable brand experiences.

They currently have a fabulous opportunity for a Creative Project/Proposal Manager to work within their Leeds studio.

Essentially this is a varied role that would suit a Studio Project Manager or Creative Account Manager. The key purpose of the role is to manage the creation of client proposals, ensuring the quality and consistency of the documents.

Job Description:

You'll work alongside the Content Production Coordinator and will be the glue between the teams who come up with the strategy, ideas and content and designers. You will contribute in the brainstorm meetings to fully understand the requirements.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all proposals are delivered to agreed objectives, ensuring the work from creative concepts is produced within budget and to client expectations. This will span across a range of work for leading brands across all sectors, from events to campaigns, design tenders and exhibition stands.

You will:

• Mange the proposal development process across each specialist department.
• Develop timing plans and management of all workstreams
• Manage the commercial management including costing and budgets
• Identify approvals and review process with the senior team
• Resource scheduling
• Interrogate and build concise briefs for the other department teams to work to

What We're Looking For:

Along with experience of working with corporate clients, you'll have an understanding of design, content and event production.

We ideally want you to come from an agency background and have experience working across a range of industry sectors and multiple types of campaigns.

For this role you will have excellent communication, presentation and people skills. If you have a basic understanding of Creative Cloud and PowerPoint this would be preferable.

With a positive attitude and self-motivation, you'll be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain a cool, professional head under pressure.
