This award-winning integrated agency are now looking for a Creative Producer to join their exciting, talented and innovative motion team in Manchester.

Job Description:

As Creative Producer, you'll report to the Director of Motion and will develop and maintain a good understanding of motion clients and their requirements, particularly retail clients, whilst working closely with an in-house team of editors, motion graphics artists, art directors and producers.

You'll commission and liaise with suppliers and freelancers to get the best outcome while ensuring good profitability and will delegate to more junior members of the team to ensure work is allocated in the best way. You'll also organise and attend shoots, this could include sourcing locations, models, props, and working up call sheets and risk assessments.

What we're looking for:

You'll be an experienced Creative Producer with drive and positivity along with a proven track record of successfully producing a range of projects.
This role requires fantastic organisational skills as you'll be manage several projects at once. Excellent communication skills mean that you are great at building effective relationships at all levels of the business, as well as with clients. You'll have the ability to act whilst confidently influencing and negotiating, whilst keeping a cool head!

You're self-motivated, empathetic team player with the drive and ambition to support the team in achieving its commercial objective and creative ambitions!
