Our client is a successful and growing independent brand agency with offices in Leeds and London. Having well established client relationships from blue chips to SMEs they offer strategic solutions across FMCG, corporate and retail clients across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for someone to lead the creative team in Leeds, working closely with the ECD and Design Director in London.
We see this as a unique opportunity where you'll work as part of the senior management team shaping the business and building the culture whilst at the same time being hands-on with your own design briefs and leading and inspiring the creative team..
What we're looking for:
We're looking for an exceptional individual. It goes without saying that you'll be an experienced and talented designer at heart and have strategy at your core and the enthusiasm and drive to always push the boundaries and come up with new ideas. You'll be hugely passionate and will be awesome in front of clients.
You may already be a creative director who is looking for a fresh opportunity with a progressive and ambitious agency or alternatively a design director looking for that next step up. If you're looking to move away from a ‘big agency' environment but at the same time don't want to compromise on the size of the clients, the quality of the brands and nature of the work you'll be doing then this could be the ideal job for you.
So if you're ready to join this team in Leeds who love to work hard but enjoy a fun environment and pride themselves on producing exceptional work then get in touch today. By the way, this role is definitely worth considering a relocation for! First stage interviews can be held in Leeds or London.
In the first instance please send your CV via the link below or call Julie Storey or Angela Hough on 0113 2183550 for a confidential discussion about the position.
We respond to all CVs so you will hear back from us within the next couple of days.
