They have an excellent reputation in the industry and seek a highly experienced individual for this Senior UX Designer position.
As Senior UX Designer you'll be the lead on the UX and will manage the UI design for the company websites. You'll create visually rich , yet usable and persuasive solutions for mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
You'll work closely within the design team to translate customer research and insights into effective solutions. You'll need an excellent understanding of UX methodology and practises along with experience of Agile methodology and working with an Agile development team.
You'll also need skills in prototyping tools, including InVision, wireframing tools, including Sketch and Axure. In this role you'll be responsible for running regular workshops, so we're looking for someone who is naturally confident in front of clients.

For this role you'll need a passion for all things UX from researching, writing, validating and sharing user needs, to testing, development and delivery.
You'll be a trouble shooter with excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage numerous projects. You'll be a central focus of innovation and creativity for the business in bringing new ways of interacting.
You'll be at a senior level and ready for your next challenge. We'd like to see an impressive portfolio to demonstrate your UX design and thought process.
