This agency specialise in Consumer Brands and create innovative through the line and shopper marketing solutions for some of the most famous FMCG brands. The team consists of strategic thinkers, campaign planners, retail experts, PR, creatives and account managers.
The team are growing and are currently on the hunt for a Mid Weight Designer to join their friendly creative studio.

Job Description:

As one of three Designers, you'll produce effective creative designs on brief, to budget and deadline.
This will include coming up with designs from scratch or using existing brand/retailer guidelines ensuring work is consistent and accurate.
You'll supervise and nurture work during the whole end-to-end process from concept to artwork by guiding the artwork studio and junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

You'll ideally come from an agency background or have in-house experience for a retailer and you'll have experience working with high volume, quick turnaround projects. You'll create decks, packaging ,POS, press, outdoor, digital, experiential and key visuals and transform them into really high end, polished designs that can be rolled out.
We'd like to see an impressive portfolio which includes some retail, brand and/or packaging examples.

The agency team are a friendly bunch and have a sociable team culture and enjoy a good night out! Based outside of Leeds centre, they have on-site parking.
