The business has grown and had positive changes over the last couple of years and now have a brand new opportunity for a Creative Studio Manager to join their Leeds team.
This a is a hybrid role where your time will be split between managing workflow and creativity of the team and also acting as a hands-on designer when required.
Key responsibilities include:
• Briefing and distributing workload to the designers and freelancers
• Ensuring deadlines are met, on time and on budget
• Resource planning to maximise studio capacity
• Drive implementation of systems and processes to further improve efficiency
• Will be required to design for overflow projects and to cover holidays
The design will include producing everything from branding, digital, advertising, newsletters, DM, magazine design, signage and exhibition.
What we're looking for:
You'll come from a Studio Manager/Traffic Manager position with a design background and experience of a studio scheduling system.
Working individually and as part of this close knit team, you will be organised, have the ability to manage your own time productively and have a sense of urgency to deliver quality work under the pressure of deadlines.
